Adventure Camp

The Children Central Adventure Camp (CCAC) is our popular summer program, which has been in place for over 10 years and is still going strong. Adventure camp is for children who are 5-9 years old and have completed kindergarten. (For children ages 4-5 who have not yet completed kindergarten, please see the Cub Camp information). We encourage you to register your child as soon as possible to guarantee their spot in the CCAC program.

A typical Adventure Camp schedule includes activities such as the big field trip every Wednesday to fun places which have previously included: Please Touch Museum, Insectarium, CiCi Pizza Tour, Animal Kingdom Zoo, Shady Brook Farm, Bowman’s Widflower, Ringing Rocks Park, etc. On other days, the campers will swim twice a week, play tennis with a tennis instructor, go to Bounce U, ice skate, go bowling and play mini-golf. They will also go to the local movie theater (last year they saw ‘Cars 2’) and there are fun on-site activities such as the magic show. Please see last year’s activity calendar below. We are planning similar fun events for this year. Each child that registers for camp will receive one Children Central camp T-shirt. Space is limited, so now is the time to start thinking about summer placement.

Weekly tuition covers ALL activities including the pool membership, tennis instruction and admittance fees.

Our program is for nine weeks. It will begin Monday, June 25, 2012 and run until Friday, August 24th when we have our popular family BBQ event at a local state park. Our hours of operation are: 6:30AM-6:30PM. Families may drop off before 8:00AM for a small additional weekly fee. We offer a 4% discount to families paying tuition in full (for the entire summer) by June 1, 2012. Each child will need to pack a brown bagged non-perishable lunch each day.
